Based on our policy of customer care, we have decided as a precautionary measure to recommend an inspection of these boots at the store where they were purchased.
REASON FOR INSPECTION
In some of the boots manufactured in Fall 2022, the two screws attaching the ski/walk mechanism to the cuff may not be securely connected. In limited cases, these boots may have screws that do not ensure adequate connection of the ski/walk mechanism to the cuff.
This potential issue may only be present on production batches from 600010 commercialized from August 2022.
HOW TO RECOGNIZE THE BATCH?
The batch of the boots can be traced from the label on the box in the upper right corner as shown in the image. If the production batch number ends in any of the eight 6-digit numbers below, then the screws MUST be replaced. If the production batch number ends in any other number, the boots are NOT subject to this issue.

If you own these boots, we recommend you to go to the store where you purchased them. The retailer will arrange, free of charge, for an inspection and replacement of the screws.
