INSOLE
Pro Fiber XT 20 features an upper layer in EVA and a lower layer in compressed felt with anti-stretch properties.
UPPER
Made of 3 mm water-repellent Perwanger suede. Ankle protection is provided by SCARPA’s EXO construction system and an elastic fabric collar that wraps and supports movement. A continuous rubber rand on the forefoot serves a dual purpose: impact protection and pressure reduction from crampons. The rear reinforcement is a single-piece PU Tech insert that ensures support, containment, and heel protection.
LINING
Featuring GORE-TEX Insulated Comfort Footwear (Duratherm) membrane for maximum waterproofness.
SOLE
PENTAX PRECISION XT SOLE features a clean and functional design, made through a combination of multi-density polyurethane compounds with a TPU insert in the heel area. The outsole is made of Vibram® MONT compound.
